1972 FARBS - Fantastic Cark Kooks
-
-
In 1972 just four vehicles were produced for sale only in the USA.
Copyrighted in 1971 and manufactured in Hong Kong.
They all used regular Hot Wheels' standard Redline Wheels.
All FARBS had a human body with arms and legs.
Each came with a large engine and a moveable head with Goggles.
There was a tremendous push by Mattel to have these created quickly. To the Tooling guys building them, FARBS officially stood for "Fucking Absolutely Ridiculous Balls-out Schedule"
