This car was sold on ebay by fxtoys on 2/27/12 for $308.34
According to the auction listing description: This example came from an ex-Mattel employee who took this home for his kids to play with and got it from the Hawthorn Plant. Details: The finish looks like a dark enamel finish but does have metallic hints to it. We see tht the paint is very thick and the chips show what looks to be a pink base paint around the edges. You can see the rear back seat has been painted green. The rivets are original and when you look inside the car you can see that it has beenpainted before the interior and chassis were put together and before it was riveted.
